FD Auto Solutions LLC saves the name, phone, ZIP, vehicle, and problem you submit so we can reply. Street address, VIN, mileage, and a preferred day are optional, and we store them only if you type them. A short draft of those required fields may stay in this browser for 24 hours so you can finish the form. It is deleted after the request is saved, and we do not keep a history of past requests in the browser. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment until we accept the job.
We do not sell that information. We use Google Analytics to count visits and contact actions, such as a call, text, WhatsApp, or email tap, and a request the shop system actually saved. We don't send it names, phone numbers, or addresses. We also don't send the ZIP, the email, the VIN, what you wrote about the car, or the request number. A saved request is the lead. Qualifying it, accepting the appointment, and invoicing the job are counted separately, and only after we do those things. We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, or a call-tracking number that replaces (407) 459-6024. Phone carriers and WhatsApp have their own policies once a message leaves this page.
