- Do you have a shop I can drop the car at?
- No storefront — on purpose. FD Auto Solutions is a mobile shop. We bring tools, parts, and a scan tool to your driveway, office, or wherever the car sits. You keep your day. We keep the bay on wheels.
- What area do you cover?

- What are your hours?
- Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, by appointment. Same-day is often possible when the book is open. After hours, call or text (407) 459-6024 and we will get back to you.
- How fast can you get to me?
- Same-day is often possible when the book is open. We'll give you a real arrival window, not a four-hour shrug, and we text when we're rolling.
- What do you work on?
- Domestic and foreign — Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and the rest of the driveway mix. If it's a heavy diesel, exotic, or needs a lift we don't carry, we'll tell you before we come out.
- How does pricing work?
- You get a number before wrenches turn. Diagnostic time, parts, and labor are spelled out. No mystery shop fees, no 'while we have it apart' upsells you didn't approve.
- Do you warranty the work?
- Yes. Parts and labor are covered. The exact term depends on the job — you'll see it on the estimate before we start.
- What should I have ready?
- A place to park, the keys, and a note about the symptom (noise, light, smell, when it happens). VIN and mileage help. Gate codes and HOA rules are useful if they apply.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, major cards, and digital wallets. Payment is due when the job is done.
- Can you do fleet or multi-car stops?
- Yes. Small business fleets, family households with two or three cars, property managers — one visit, several vehicles. Ask about a standing maintenance window.
